Hesham AFIFI, MBA

Head of Finance and Business Strategy

Hesham is the other cofounder of Beans Consult L.L.C. with more than 25+ years of experience in Business Management. His academic qualifications in Human Resources Management, Finance, and Banking help companies in modeling their businesses in a profitable and compliant scheme. He is a Visiting Professor of Management and Accounting at the French University in Egypt.

Ghadir ELMAGHRABY, PMP®

Head of Operations Management and Optimization

Besides being the cofounder of Beans Consult L.L.C. and it's General Manager, Ghadir has 16+ Years of Experience in Process Optimization and Project Management. Her Business Information Systems, PMP, and Lean SixSigma background help companies run their business effectively and efficiently with respect to Corporate Governance Directives aligned with market requirements and challenges.

Sherine ADEL, MBA, PMP®, CSM®

Head of Training 

Shereen has 18+ years of experience in project management under her belt. Since 2005 she has worked in various multinational and national organizations across several IT domains, including telecommunications, software development, infrastructure, and security. She has both hands-on and coaching experience in Traditional and Agile project management methodologies.

Asmaa Farrag, MBA, PMP®, ACC®

Head of Executive Coaching

Asmaa has 19+ years if experience in training and coaching across Egypt, Canada and the US, She has been the executive manager for iMatch Consulting in the united states for more than 5 years, her Professional Coaching and training certificates helped her guide many teams and individuals through their journey of success and growth.

Nermeen Nasr Eldin

Lead of Accounting 
Nermeen is the Lead of Accounting  at Beans Consult L.L.C. With experience in customer service, retention, Oracle ERP consulting, and accounting, she leads the accounting team and contributes to the successful implementation of Zoho systems. Her diverse background allows her to integrate finance and technology effectively, driving operational efficiency and strategic success.

Malak Mohammed

Corporate Legal Representative
Malak Mohamed holds a Diploma in Private Law from Ain Shams University and a Bachelor of Law from Cairo University. With a proven ability to navigate complex corporate legal matters and optimize administrative processes.
Specializing in corporate representation, Malak handles external engagements with entities such as tax authorities, GAFI, and organizations in the UAE. She represents the company with partners, drafts and finalizes contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with client objectives, and oversees all legal aspects of client projects.

Omnya Kamel

Omnya is a professional accountant at Beans Consult L.L.C., with solid experience in working with tax authorities, accounting operations, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements. She brings strong practical knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting. In addition, Omnya plays a key role in implementing Zoho accounting applications and delivering hands-on training to clients, ensuring smooth system adoption, accurate financial management, and optimized day-to-day operations.
